Slow bread,
small hands,
shipped on Fridays.
Pan de Arwah is an artisan sourdough micro bakery in East New York — naturally leavened loaves, gluten-free favorites, and small-batch sweets baked with intention.

A small kitchen, a long ferment.
Pan de Arwah began in a Brooklyn home kitchen with one starter and a stubborn belief that sourdough should be unhurried, generous, and shared.
Every loaf is mixed by hand and given a long, slow rise — the kind of patience that turns flour, water, and salt into something worth waiting for. Our gluten-free line was built with the same care, so no one at the table has to opt out.
We bake in small batches, ship on Fridays, and host porch pickups in Brooklyn on Saturday afternoons.

Sourdough,
fully gluten free.
We treat our gluten-free line with the same patience as our wheat loaves — slow ferment, intentional crumb, real flavor. No afterthoughts.

From our kitchen to your table.
Place your order through our shop or pre-order on Hotplate by Wednesday night for the week's bake.
Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and ferments overnight. Sweets are pulled from the oven the morning of pickup or shipping.
We ship across New York State on Fridays. Brooklyn neighbors can grab orders from our porch Saturdays, 3–8 PM.
Bake with us, in bigger batches.
Cafés, restaurants, and event hosts — we build standing orders and custom catering menus around what you need. Tell us a little about your space and we’ll be in touch.
